Custom-order and freight-shipped fire features often have restocking fees or are non-returnable once the manufacturer starts production. Your written quote states what applies to the models you selected.

If something arrives damaged, email photos and the packing slip reference within a few days of delivery. We work with the carrier and the manufacturer on a repair or replacement when coverage applies.
